How the numbers work

• Split equally: the amount is divided among the ticked people only.
• Own amounts: each person pays exactly what their order cost. Anything left on the bill (VAT, tips, a shared dish) is split equally among them.
• One person: the whole amount goes on that person’s share.
• Paid from the pool: the holder paid with the collected money. Paid from someone’s own pocket: that person gets credit for paying.
• Balance = money put in + paid from own pocket − share of expenses.
